I believe quilting should be fun. My goal is that you enjoy this pattern! I (Andrea) am a graphic artist by trade, quilter by night, and tea drinker when the occasion calls for it. I’m a typical mom; busy, always wanting a chance to sit (by myself) and listen to the silence. If the past couple of years taught me anything, it’s that my alone time is precious. Writing this pattern at 2 a.m.? Quiet. Typing when the kids are happily playing outside? Quiet. Getting up before daylight when the hubby leaves for work? Quiet. You ever hear that phrase — the (wo)man who doesn’t have time to sit and think for an hour a day must sit for two? Something like that; close enough. It's time for me to sit for two. With tea.
